Roof leaks and insulation approach didnt meet building regulation requirements: 3 months on I am still awaiting rectification of an issue with my roof, had it totally replaced and it leaks. We also had leaks during the works, despite assurances that this would not happen. They also seemed unclear about the building regulations regarding installing roof insulation, as the approach which they started would not meet building inspector requirements; so this is also incomplete.
